PE Ki-o-rahi
By Jaren
Hello
During my PE I have been playing a sport called Ki-o rahi, Some say that there was a legend of it long ago. How you play is that there will be two teams. The first team is the one to score the opponent's goal. The other team is the one to protect their goal, there will be two goalkeepers and the rest defenders. The two teams will take turns wheather what role their opponent was taking.
What I've learned was some basic passing strategies and tricking my opponent. What I have enjoyed was working together with my friends as we have a good match and scoring the goal. What Ihave found dificult was avoiding injurys.
Thanks for reading my blog and I hope you have enjoyed.
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 8 and in 2021 I will be a year 9. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

Team reflection
Team Reflection 9/8/19
By Jaren Ocampo
Hello viewers.
I am going to be talking about my team reflection of a recent sport me and my classmates played called Cross-Cort games. It's a game where your coach divides us into six groups and switches us around into three games. We also needed to rate our self during the game.
During the game, I rate myself level three out of four because I always make a contribution to my team goal, and I include my self and others in the game activity. Although what was challenging about the activity was communication when people refuse to listen to what the teacher is saying. And what we did well during the game was having fun, trying your best and use positive words to my team.
