Wellbeing
For the last two weeks in term 3, we have looked at Resilience, emotional awareness (understanding emotions) and impulse. I have come to realise that it is important to control your emotions and behaviour and stay positive
Being able to control my emotions in different situations avoids getting into a fight, getting in trouble, going into an accident.
Knowing how to react and respond in situations rather than acting on impulses means that you can be able to think more positively.
The effect that these things have on my Social Wellbeing (Taha Whanau) will have better relationships, connections with other people.
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 8 and in 2021 I will be a year 9. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.
